The mod will be together with your roads and produce a plethora of beautiful HD sidewalk tiles. This is only suitable for medieval settings/urban settings/DENSE suburban areas.
Just install it once, I'm sure you will love it.
Installation: Simply put the .dat located inside the download in your C:/MyDocuments/SimCity4/Plugins folder.
How to Uninstall: Remove the .dat from your plugins folder.
You CANNOT have any other sidewalk mod installed while this is installed as they will conflict.
