Problems?

If you have problems with this lot it is most likely that you did not download all the dependencies or - just as likely - that we made a mistake. You can contact us via email at comments@workingman-productions.co.uk. Best include a screen-shot illustrating the problem.

As always, similar lots are available from the WMP Exchange..

-Cori Edit: Fixed linky for SPOT.
-CB Edit: Fixed the WMP deps as linked. Thanks @Garlicked for letting us know!
- Tyberius Edit: Fixed dependency links before update will be issued later in 2020

Very nice work. The details are great.

It's a very cool idea. One I think has crossed the mines of many people but as far as I know is the only one of it's kind actually done.

5 Stars all the way.

One question: are these power poles slope-friendly? Most custom powerlines look horrible on slopes...

After a closer exploration, these are oversized, too. And this is such a pity because these are really unique.
From what I've heard in the forums, a sim is 3 metres tall. This might help you.

Well, size - despite public misconceptions - isn't everything. These are based on the yard-stick Sim. But if they are too big for you...?!

As for slope friendlyness: experiments have shown that you can either have transparent base texture or orient-to-slop, but not both. At least we have not been successful at it..

Id get this if it were slope friendly. To achieve this, you can make a single very small section of the wire as a prop. Then repeat the prop over the length of the wire. This way, when a slop occurs, the tiny peices will align to the slope.

i played with them to
but oversized? you think so? imo they are undersized.. even my smaller 20kV french pylons are taller than these. and indeed these are really nice
but they really need to be taller atleast. and weren't sims 4 meters tall? i scaled all my newer bats with this new measurement
i also reccomend to make the wires longer.
furter more they look really nice :)

How do you get SPOT_v-rc101.dat? I don't see a download link on the following page.

-CB Edit: Here it is and now with the newer v1.01 file.

For anyone looking for the SPOT dependency, have a look at SimPeg4, search for SPOT, or at the following within the site The PLEX > PEGASUS PRODUCTIONS. You will find it at the root, not under any of the sub groups. The creator was Becca.
