Its more of a joke rather then a "fantastic idea" As the description said, its from an episode of Seinfeld (lets just hope the traffic problems in the show don't happen here!)

Despite being released before RHW Version 5.0, it was designed with RHW Version 5.0 compatibility in mind. Just select the appropriate options in the installer.
