always hated it when giant mansions cut into my neighborhoods lol, this might actually be of use, well done

yeah they pop up unrealistically, you'll have a whole street of low wealth housing and suddenly a huge, green mansion. Personally I am trying to block ALL maxis but for others that want to be more selective this will be useful.

absolutely brilliant. i personally don't mind the mansions, but when the are annoyingly sprawlish (i.e. 3x4 and up in tile size) they become a pain in the rear for realism, especially when they are 6 times bigger than the rest of the houses in the entire city. thanks, and great work.

Yeaaa!! Make more room for white trailer trash in my cities! lol!! Good mod, as the only way to get rid of these mansions was to level them!

Mansions didn't annoy me so much, but still I downloaded this mod, because the city looks better without those large mansion lots, especially when you make Euro styled regions.

Excellent, i Downloaded this it be great finally for my unique towns that are smaller and poor or even a different kind. This helps a bunch ! 10/10 been waiting for this :)

Oh wow! This is fantastic! I always hate it when, a little crescent of 6 homes or so, turns into 1 huge mansion in the middle of the street- to avoid this i would have to put R$$$ taxes at 20% to stop them from growing LOL! Great idea! 10/10

Hah! Love it. I hate those big mansions, especially if I'm rezoning a neighborhood for higher density. They either never go away or take forever to be replaced. I just end up bulldozing them. BTW, the other way of keeping them from showing up is by checkerboard-zoning your neighborhoods from the start (if you want a mix of low + med density buildings) depending on your city.

THANK YOU they mess up nice sections of housing in yur city when all the rest are matching then BAM this big house is taking up half of the section

amazing! when your trying to make your village that you live in, and your village might not have any mansions in it so it looks more like your village. i have downloaded it and it is amazing! 1,000,000 / 10

There is a downside: The R$$$ folks would have to sacrifice their nice, big, luxrious yards. I would put R$$$ in their own neighborhood.
