Nice looking lot, and not to sound inapreciative, but wouldn't this generate a lot of $$$ Commercial jobs with in the facility as well?

Yeah in real life actually it would but I just decided to keep it a high-tech industrial lot for now. Maybe I'll make another Commercial Office only lot for that purpose.

When you say HUGE, what exactly does that mean? Big enough to be a cheat or.....?

nope just slightly larger than a plaza or equivalent to a large landmark. I don't make what I'd call cheat lots. I try to make them as realistic as possible!

do you need special props ? In my game it doesn't show up as shown in your snapshots

This building does not appear in my city. It must not be compatible with non-Rush-Hour version of the game. I see a satellite dish floating in space, the mechanical gear that's on the roof, the pavement. I've downloaded the necessary lot files, too.

Same here. No building showing. I checked its dependancies and it requires a plug-in props euro contemporary mod & a RCI building prop "modd"... neither of which have I ever heard of nor can I find either here or at the official site. Richie, you need to include those items in your lots.

I have updated the zip file with those dependancy files mentioned. I was not even aware they were needed! No clue where I picked them up - obviously - from another Lot I have downloaded as I've downloaded several.
