This is the type of non-flashy building every city needs. The textures are great, but the lighting is a bit heavy. However, still the best rating possible!

this is a great building and i really want some good nondescript office buildings that every city has but please make it growable as well because this isn't the kind of building anybody would plop. great work though.

I am having difficulty identifying where these real HK buildings are really located, but regardless, keep them coming!
