Goobers Nuts is indeed pretty weedy - in some cities, I've seen a row of six of them together (funny enough, near an airport - complimentary peanuts, anyone?) Glad to see some more to compete with it...I'm currently BATting a donut stand which would look great next to your coffee joint. :)

BSC Texture Mega Packs - Is that the new BSC Textures Vol 1,2, 3 ? Haha I'm asking but im going to run the game anyways and find out. Though if anyone can clarify please let me know!
