Well the commercial is off the charts. The ind. is a little below the top.

I'll cut to the chase, i created a city named ember, and the demand for Com. and Ind. is off the charts but res. is way down below -6000. I put down medium density zones for each, and the com. and ind. instantly filled up but the res. just sat there. No matter how many jobs i created, schools and hospitals I put, rewards i built, the demand meter wouldn't budge. Can anyone help?

Well than get rid of the maxis one and but in NAM. It be a whole better. Maxis dont no how to do no mods.

Yes exactly if they're all in plugins it would work. You should talk to the people who made the mods they should have tested them to see if there were bugs. And if all else fails, DELETE!

Or maybe all of them are happening at the same time but you when you go into the city it goes back to the time you left off. Or maybe this proves the theory of lemon relativity. The circumference of the lemon is directly proportional to the time juice it gives off thus if it is out in the open for an amount of time greater than its growing stage length it will open a time hole. Thus making one city with a time lemon be in a different period of time than another.

Delete all them or at least put them in another folder. Add them in and check each mod in the game. It also can be compatability issues so you should read the readmes that come with the mods thats what they're for.
