Great BAT for sure. I wouldn't go as far as calling it an eyesore. Dull yes, eyesore, not quite. It will fit in great in so many cities & like Speth said, it will help avoid dozens of copies of the same building over and over again. I'm not one to normally request stuff, but can you make some of these types of buildings CO$$$? I get tons of repetitive Maxis buildings in that category.

All cities usually have bland office buildings like this. Great addition!

Like alot of people here i agree I think it looks nice. Especialy over the entrance, i love that hang over. Exellent Textures perfect detail and it will fit perfectly in my medium sized town theme. From you're friendly friend Daniel. 94% on that one mate.

Actually these types of building work well when I'm building smaller cities with mid to low rise office buildings

I like your work alot ill tonkso but the names of the files of yours get's to long and corrupted and wont transfer properly between PC's, I had trouble transfering some of your longer named work last time, so this one I'll pass on because of the long name!., sorry!..
