I bought the game during steams summer sale, see image above as to what I bought, and I was very disappointed with the tutorial or lack of any help like SimCity 4 had back in 2003 Are there any mods or easy to understand walkthrough play by play fan made tutorial's??? I went to build a road and that tweety bird at the top center only said something about residence requiring earplugs and no help as to what to do next, like pipes under the street weren't suggested and or zoning properly etc

I've been playing this game sense it came out with mods and there's a lot of build mods for this game, I use the following build mods Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads Snap'n Build by ad3d0 Homemaker - Expanded Settlements along with 44 other mods from nexusmods site

I just got a email offering SimCity 2013 complet for half off for Black Friday, but it's at origin's site and is a digital download, do digital copies of the game work with community mods? Sorry if this has been discussed before.

I'm having game crash's and I'm trying to narrow down the problem, at first I thought it was the Nam, but after un-installing the Nam I'm still having the same amount of game crash's as before, the crash's happen well in different zoom levels and well happen when I'm using mayor mode or god mode tools, the game crash's!.. this was the Columbus Textures mod I had before Columbus Terrain Mod.dat and I zipped/rar'ed and replaced it with this one CP_TerrainTextures_No1.dat I hope it's the right one now, but could use some reassuring, I know jeronijs has made one big mayor mode package of the cycledogg trees, but not sure where to download it, some help with that please!.. I just want to get the right Columbus Textures mod and trees from cycledogg working together the only trees of his I don't use are the jungle or green rain forrrest ones!.. I always wanted to plop some of these junker sail boats in my City, I hope I provided enough images to give you a ideal of what I'm talking about, these would be a awesome feature to the game if they where to be made!..
