Whoa there this is a mod normally it can't be used, it was only when unincorporated cities OK?

This will be useful for leveling out large areas rather then doing it slowly and spending tons of city funds. Thanks!

Umm....mayor in Portuguese is presidente,God is Deus,hope i helped.

I have Simcity4 Deluxe, and neither this download or ctrl+shift+alt works for this purpose. What could be the reason?

Just one thing tho' (there's always something - lol)...It would be nice to be able to reduce or enlarge the "circles"  when lowering or raising terrain.  It can be extremely hard to not destroy surrounding buildings, etc. in tight area while trying to change elevations in God Mode.

Is it free to use? Does it work as fast as the actual god tool? If we have a mod on the god tool before mayor mode, with this mod, do the other mods i got for god tool work? 4/5. Good tool! :)

I have been using this for making minor tweaks.  Mainly for correcting shorelines in ordere to make seawalls fit.  But I recently discovered something.  Had some zoned lots that weren't growing.  Decided to add some flora using this mod.  All of a sudden the lots started growing like crazy.
