The exterior walls and textures really take the quality down a notch. Remember: when in doubt, use a subtler texture.

yes there is real parking capacity...5000. A bit steep for this but this was a special lot I made to fill a specific need

Wow, this actually bears a resemblance to a parking garage I saw a few days ago in downtown Seattle... had I not seen that, I would have called this unrealistic, but I guess it's not!

Thanks...will definitely download..it does look realistic and serves its purpose well...and after so many Maxis relotted parking junk around, got to appreciate a totally original parking that has these details =P

I've never seen a parking lot like this. I would say it's unrealistic, but I never go to the gritty neighborhoods when I visit a city. So, how should I know if it's realistic. I give it an 8/10.

Whenever I plop this, I get no building showing up. Is anyone else having this same problem? I've tried reinstalling it, to no avail. :(

Great textures doesen't take up as much room as the maxis one but still has as much captivity! I would dub this perfect but the cars are off the lines and are all messed. You're larger than life fan daniel.

This may be old news, but I've discovered two lots which are incompatible with this. If I have MP W2W Apts02 in my plugins the garage's building model vanishes when plopped leaving an empty lot and levitating parking sign. If I have your MP Rowhouse pack 2 installed and plop the garage, the parking sign appears to be replaced by one of the rowhouse models. Anyways, thanks for all your contributions of wonderful grime!
