I am back to rate the building. This thing will look good just about anywhere but looks best if you put it a few blocks away from an ocean. The best things about it are that there are no dependencies, its freakin' huge, and looks good from every perspective, and I had absolutly no problems with it. I would undoubtedly give it a higher rating, but the max is 10.

lol, now that's massive, and to think, the tallest residential building in Norway is just 19 floors . XD
