Great building! Although I doubt that there are palm trees in Boston, I also doubt you'd fit any of the other available trees in that spot without them being cut off by the building, so I see it as a fair trade. You're not really going to notice it in a dense downtown area anyhow. A definite 10, especially given how far you've come in such a short time!

Ahh.. this kind of building is very rare here ;-) Too much glass-teinted curtain wall skyscrapers. Well done and good-looking textures!

Now you should walk that last mile and include some basic information in the STEX description: Is this a landmark or a growable, is it CO$$ or CO$$$ (or whatever), what's the lot size, is it limited to specific tilesets, does it have night lights? SUch information is always nice to read. Oh, and whether there are dependencies or not. I hate finding that out _after_ I downloaded something... ;) Great progress, though!
