Looks like a great little local cafe that'll add character to those small mainstreet areas. Thanks for making it a corner structure as well, it wouldn't make sense as anything else, would it?

Great, this one could even fit in my hometown,lol, only thing with it is that the roof's a bit too flat compared to the houses here. But it's still useable for a norwegian style town:) The model itself is splendid, the textures are also high quality and the lighting, just fantastic!

Great detail of the ground floor, but the upper floors seem plain and lack detail as well as being too semetrical and maybe a little out of scale. Since you are known for your BATing of actual buildings then the pattern and size of the upper floor windows are probably from the actual RL building. Pleases accept these comments as an effort to be constructive. I use most of your work in my active plugins for smaller W2W towns and this too will go be included.
