    the thing is.... the peace tower isn't a stand alone building.. it is PART OF AND CONNECTED TO the Canadian Parliment buildings... it is NOT a stand alone structure..

    Pretty good..., however, the peacetower had been around a LOT longer... After the parliment buildings burned to the ground in 1916, they were revuilt. the peace tower was NOT built to commemerate the ww1. it was simply rebuilt as it was before the fire... perhaps a simple Canadian history course would do?
