This is a sequal to Fjellbekk Veien 19 i made not so long ago, this one does not have balconies

and such as the former one,though i have made a few details on it,like sheets hanging out the open

windows and open doors and the like. Also even though the 3x4 and 6x6 lot may appear bare and such in the pictures they aren't. It is just that car props appear randomly.

 

There are 3 lots included :

 

3x2

3x4 This one has a transit enabled parking entrance

6x6 This one has a transit enabled parking entrance

 

Stats (this applies for all) :

Bulldoze cost: 806

Growable R$ which holds 1145 sims grows in both Euro and Houston tileset.

Pollution at center:

Air: 27

Water:9

Garbage:15

Power consumed: 3

Flammability: 45

Max Fire Stage: 4

Worth(reported costs after a disaster): 900

Water consumed: 34

 

dependencies: Chav prop pack, this is only required for the 3x4 lot.

yeah but each individual member can choose wether to use or not,and besides its not like you eally need the 3x4 lot is it?:P

each one gets grottier and grottier, i do love these... however im not the biggest fan of that parking texture... 8/10

Careful - all lots grow at stage 1 on low density zones! And while one has 3 buildings, the occupant number is identical to those with 1 building... you need to create a separate desc with individual values if you want a lot with 3 buildings to house more people than an individual building. The BAT itself, is superb, though. Me likey!

Hmm.. could it be that there's a non-Maxis base texture? It showed up white in my LE. Oh, and as I said in chat today: When you mod the actual building to be 1x1 m in the LE, it will look stupid when it grows because the scaffolding will be 1x1 m... :-/ Use the M in BLaM - you got one for the modding tasks, right? ;) That's the advantage of a team after all.

I recommend you have your modding guy(s) counter-check this one - the BAT is so great it would be a pity to have it suffer from such glitches... no rating so far, but you got two thumbs up for the building, that's for sure.

stupid sc4 tool... i selected highdensity.... gave it stage 2 ( as even small cities can get these things)..... so why didnt it do so?! and i even tested at low and med density and it wouldnt not grow, i dont see how the pronlem occured...

Did you do anything to the lot after using SC4Tool? The LE does have the nasty habit of resetting stage and density - I've fallen into that trap more than once myself. But the lot exemplars clearly contain stage 1 and zone types 1, 2, 3, which is low, med, and high-density residential. Odd... o_O
