The textures are superb! and I love the subtle night lighting, I agree not everything needs to be lit up with neon lighting and such!

The details on this BAT are well pronounced, a lot of fine work was put into it. downloaded and tried ingame! Excellent, but a little poor on lighting, but I don't care, I hardly ever play with nitelites. (Bergbach Wege 19 - Mountainbrook ways 19.)

I looked at the larger picture you provided... and was astounded at the amount of detail put into this! Everything from the graffiti on the rooftop entrance to the tire-streaked car ramp that leads below the building (and a flattened trashcan- looks like someone has a temper, LOL) makes this a superb BLAM release! Excellent work -10/10.
