This sucker just has "Old Governement Building" written all over it. I know, I tagged it myself! (j/k) Seriously, you nailed the style of government buildings from the 30s that sprang up everywhere during FDR's New Deal. Great job!

I'd like to see a small, high-capacity electricity substation in this style (to counter the need to build so many 'power plant' looking buildings. Having a number of substations isn't unrealistic.

This is fantastic. More Milwaukee BATs! Great job, though I will prefer the slenderness of the original, this is still a great addition to any city.

Very nice indeed, I love the Art Deco design. It reminds me a bit of a water pumping station on the way into London.

Hell yeah, I can smell Lake Michigan (and not just because I live in Milwaukee). This is another one that didn't come up when I searched "Milwaukee" on the STEX... I guess I need to dig into SG's vault a little more manually.

Hmm, this lot appears to be broken. Cannot be plopped, grayed out in Rewards menu and lists unachievable/impossible requirements for plopping. I'm not sure if that's what hron84 was referring to above, but yeah this lot hasn't been payed attention to in about 8 years it seems. Needs to be fixed.
