About This File

Located On the east side of Milwaukee, this is one of the few remaining ironclad buildings in the United States. It was designed by George H. Johnson and built between 1860 and 1861. The metal facade was brought in by ship from an eastern foundry and installed during the Civil War.

This is not meant to be an exact replica, but anyone familiar with the building should recognize it.

Nice to see a simgoober release! This is a great looking building and a definite download - though that inclusion in the euro tileset will have to be put right ;)

I like this very much as it does seem to fit with the other Euro buildings somehow.

Great BAT simgoober! I really like the scale and architectural style. I wish there were more 3-5 story, turn-of-the-century (at least in the Midwest) buildings out there!
