Hehe, it looks like a combo of one of the ingame Houston buildings (the glass) , the RR Donnelley Building in CHI(sans the green roof) and the standard issue SG design cues. Interesting....

It's a very nice building and commercial office too, its real hard to get commercial offices to own their own so at least there's a way to get them otherwise.
