I would really like to know why all the complainers and down raters here have made NO comments on SG's Mayor Seaside Villa, the new housing etc etc. You pick and choose but do not allow others the same freedom. No one makes you download, no one makes you use any lot.

As for this BAT, if you look closely there is a lot of extra detailing in the pool area and on the lot to distinguish it from the Seaside Villa. It is a super lot and I love it. Those deliberate down raters need to think again about their attitude. If you don't like it, don't download...simple.

This is the voice of authority speaking ... you people that are launching personal attacks here will be banned from this site if it continues ... and those with multiple usernames running a conversation ... we know about it.

Good stuff Simgoober and thanks for sharing it ... and thank you for making the game more interesting. I love it. I am the mayor and I can decide what will be built in my cites ... and this will surely have a spot in some of my cities.

I was a down-rater, but I downloaded it and intend to fully enjoy it in my cities. I was just a little dissapointed in how this lot came out. Sure, new colors and some new props in the yard, but the same house as the Mayor's mansion.

This looks great alongside the mayor's mansion and other recent mansion uploads - ideal for that 'millionaires row' effect! As to the self appointed moral guardians of the STEX ... you look after your soul; I'll look after mine. OK?!!

Hey, Nice Work! It's not as bad as some guys are saying. It adds some amount of realism to the cities. As it is, these buildings are NIMBY which is also true.

Here's a suggestion: SHUT THE HELL UP. Maybe you want your cities to be 50s pastel virgintowns with 2 cars in every garage, but there are some who want their cities (or certain districts) dirty, crime-infested, and sleazy. Don't like it? DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. Be FAIR in rating the lot quality.

I must say I'm extremely offended. Just look at that building. It's mother allows it to go outside with its roof that way? What will the neighbors say? Another great lot from the goobster. :)

Oh and all the folks with zeros next to their name shouldn't bitch about the quality of a beautiful lot like this. It's gorgeous. He did it for free. Don't download it if you don't want it.

It is very cool, but it does look nothing like the playboy mansion. But, ya know, if it angers the people who thought the 50's were perfect, than it's good. Your complaining got this lot another ten and two thumbs up.

Wasn't the whole point to make the game as realistic as possible or am I missing something?

I like it, helps to add to the atmosphere of the elite resorty type island towns I like to make, thanks SG... (side note, how many kids will play SC4 ? and want then to be able to plug in new bits like this ? It's not exactly rayman simplicity is it people ?)
