    I will second pm's comments. A building that clearly seeks to stand out in any city deserves more jobs, windows, and an entrance that looks better than a fish market delivery garage door. But I do appreciate the design and the desire to build tall. Please revamp this one! Add windows, more jobs, an entrance, etc. I'm desperately looking for a very tall centerpiece to my city so huge is awesome.

    I will echo Yoman's comments: The tower is excellent but it makes very little sense to have it atop that base. I'll download it anyway just because it's huge... and I do love huge buildings. =) Make more please!

    Here's a suggestion: SHUT THE HELL UP. Maybe you want your cities to be 50s pastel virgintowns with 2 cars in every garage, but there are some who want their cities (or certain districts) dirty, crime-infested, and sleazy. Don't like it? DON'T DOWNLOAD IT. Be FAIR in rating the lot quality.
