Very good shape and color, would like to see it in plop form if possible, as well. Suggestion: this is shown as having 4 floors - how about one with say 10-16 floors, same shape? with underground parking? Keep up the good work!!

Very nice! Great first BAT, blends with existing buildings well. I like that it is only 4 floors as this is a typical number of floors for smaller cities, and suburbs. I definately will use this.

You did a really nice job with the building and lot. A suggestion: in the inside corner of the "L", is that an atrium/staircase? Perhaps adding a little nightlighting there, on the 1st and 3rd floors, would look nice, and the sims wouldn't need flashlights to see to get up to their apartments.... ;)

love the building architecture. however, the parking pad in front, facing the street takes away from the overall urban character of this. perhaps another wing instead of open space would complete the lot.
