    Wonderful tower. I especially like the observation deck and the industrial sized heat pumps on the roof. This will fit in with your Arthouse International Center as being two of my favorite skyscrapers in my downtown.

    The Hillsboro Apartment Complex is a medium sized apartment building housing medium wealth (R$$) sims. There is only a growable version of this building. It grows easily on a 2x3 medium density residential zone. The buiding houses 164 medium wealth residents. This is the first BAT I've created, so please provide comments, suggestions, constructive criticism, etc.
