Despite its small size, it has two dispatches and an expanded coverage radius. Being fire station, it is found in the fire menu.     Diagonal Courthouse, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- In my opinion, one of the easiest ways to change the look and feel of a built-up area is by having a large variety of civic buildings: it really does help keep the game fresh and can provide that all important sense of place. This is a purely fictional larger style courthouse that is aligned to diagonal roads and avenues. This building is designed to bolster policing efficiency: it also breaks demand caps of R$$, R$$ and CO$$ that hinder city and regional growth. In addition to CAP busting and providing 240 desirable civic jobs, placing this building also has a positive effect for both Landmark (ie businesses) and parks (ie residential) in the immediate vicinity. This is useful for larger cities and towns and will definitely assist in promoting additional growth. The building is offered as an overhanging angled prop building on a 1x2 lot that is suitable for placing along the diagonal road network. There are a plethora of filler pieces available on the exchanges for you to decorate the surrounding area of the building such as my example with ped-malls, SAM over-rides and park filler pieces: this way, every time you decorate the surrounding lot in game, no two need look the same and it brings a touch of Cities: Skylines to good old SC4. This courthouse reward is non-conditional and is available at any time in the rewards menu.   4. 100 King St Manchester

    100 King St Manchester, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- This is a neo classical building of Portland stone from the Manchester city centre that is surrounded by roads on all sides. It was built in the mid 1930's by Edwin Lutyens (the same architect responsible for many English Country houses of the period as well as the redesign of British New Dehli) and it is meticulously calculated with each pediment being 2/3rds of the former floor from the obelisks and it adopts many classical proportions. The building was formerly the midland bank. The building comes as two growable 2x2 (CO§§§ and CS§§§) lots on the Euro tileset only ensuring that it won't become weedy: in my plugins (5GB) the growables only make occassional appearances which is my intention as this is not the sort of building I want on every street. I've also provided a special 4x4 library lot containing 190,000 books for this building. In addition to the usual education benefits that a library gives, this library has also been modded as a CAP buster across Commercial and Residential sectors.
