    a great mod except if you set a building on fire and than try to send fire units to put it out the building blows up before your fire engine get there so much for a SimCity Fire, Chicago fire reenactment.

    Extract the file SimCity 4 Extra Cheats Plugin.dll to the root directory of your plugins folder. This means put the file in C:\...\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins. DO NOT put the file into a sub-folder, it will only work if placed into the main directory. Then enter your game and follow the instructions above. does this mean put it || \/ \My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins [here]\sub-folder

    This mod doesn't work no matter how many times I reinstall it I create a new region and build a great works it won't build. it still tells me I have to contribute resources.

    Great mod lots of potential. Although you cant actually plop any of the building which was a big downer. instead of having the buildings be in the Government Building it should go into its own tab next to the zoning tab. Also instead of the The name being * * * have it say "Commercial $$$" description being Debug Tool, have it say some thing like "high density commercial". make each according to the building type, density, and wealth. simlet.pxm
