    In order to make a grid-busting shopping center with a southeastern tenant roster, 15 lots were used to create this shopping center loosely inspired by the Nesconset Shopping Center in Port Jefferson Station, NY. Please note that some lots have overhanging props on them. Special thanks to @atsf189 for helping to create a more organized menu with in-game icons for this shopping center.     Odd. Yeah, you should be good then. You didn't accidentally delete any files (from either this pack or the actual Gateway center download) did you? If all else fails, maybe try deleting the the pack entirely and re-downloading it.

  13. I recently did a road trip through the Hudson Valley. It was kind of a surreal feeling to stop in Hudson, NY and get lunch at the A&W/convenience store I had modeled my BAT off of.

    Bravo! The BAT itself looks really good. Effective use of the lot space overall and I see where you have improved with the SHK textures. My only complaint would be a lack of trees, but that is a personal preference.

    This shopping center is inspired by real-life shopping plazas that became fairly common across parts of the United States during the 1970s and 1980s. Before the days of Walmart being so big, Kmart and Kroger basically teamed up to create a convenient one-stop shopping plaza where one would be able to find everything they needed. This 3 lot shopping center has been named after Simtropolis member kingofsimcity and for the much appreciated SHK textures, especially ones made specifically for me. King Street Shopping Center (Left) 6x14 lot with 139 jobs Kroger, Kroger gas pumps, Sprint, UPS Store & Papa John’s King Street Shopping Center (Right) 12x12 lot with 357 jobs Kmart, Huntington Bank, Citi Trends, Aaron’s, Label Shopper, Sherwin Williams, Cosmo Prof, Mariner Fiance and Enterprise Rent A Car. King Street Shopping Center (Corner) 2x2 lot with NO jobs (due to game wanting roads to be by the lot) Cosmetic piece for a pleasing connection between the two lots. No official buildings on this lot.     While I currently have no idea how to make buildings, it is something that I may pursue in the future. That is, if I can determine whether or not my digital copy (no physical disk) of Sim City 4 allows it. (Can anyone confirm whether I can even try?) I have decided to undergo a few relots of existing buildings. Any suggestions for props and/or improvements will be gladly welcomed.

    Keep in mind that 75,000 sq. ft. is bigger than most supermarket chains. So, in theory, you'll want a large lot if you are aiming for realism. Never been to Buc-ee's which is one reason I never did pursue making one.
