1. NAM General Support

Looking at your pic, the el-rail on the left is Elevated Rail, and the elevated to ground rail on the right is "heavy" Rail or RRW(Real Rail Way). The Elevated Rail(left part) connects to a elevated --> ground piece to connect GLR or ground light rail(like subway but above ground). The Rail(right part) connects with Elevated "Heavy" Rail/RRW. Try and remove/delete the elevated part on the left, the in the pic with your menu open, click on the second menu button(under the rail lines button) and place a elevated heavy rail piece, then click on the rail line button(the first button in above pic) and try and drag from the elevated piece on to/over like 1/2 way, the elevated--> ground piece and see if it connects now. The elevated heavy rail railtracks should look simular to the one one the ground on the right. If i remember correctly there might be a elevated --> ground rail starter piece under button 3(the one with a little white arrow on). Just scroll through the different starters with the "tab" button on your keyboard, if it's there place it in game and use rail line button piece and drag out both ground and elevated lines. Haven't played in a long time so i'm not 100% sure. This pic shows the difference between EL-Rail (top, and right) and EL-RRW/Heavy Rail(middle, and on ground bottom).
2. thanks, didn't think about trying it on the SC4Launcher.exe
3. i'm using a 4GB patch(see my post above) If use launcher i get a CTD when loading a city, while if use the SimCity4.exe it works fine. So the current launcher doesn't work with a patched "SimCity4.exe".
4. @Logic_Bomb I installed this patch - (4GB (instead of only 2) of virtual memory on x64 platforms) http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php - (adviced to test it, by Tarkus/Alex off the NAM team) as i've Windows 7 x64, as i beta-tested the Controller file for NAM 31.1 for Tarkus/Alex of the NAM team, sins my game CTD when starting a city with NAM 31. The patch fixed the CTD when testing the controller file that is comming in NAM 31.1, but if i use "SC4 Launcher" i get CTD when loading a city, however if i use "SC4.exe" it loads the city normally, but i would like to use the "Launcher" to start SC4.. Can you fix this so i can use the "SC4 Launcher" with the patched "SC4.exe"?
5. NAM General Support

@ marco_rules_ok i've the same problem, and many others... NAM team are know about this and it's gonna be fixed in v31.1 ... if i remember correct it's because of the big RUL2 file, that have to be redused and they will you might be able to read some here https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=15649.300 And this is what Tarkus/Alex(NAM member) said on a simular CTD problem... in that thread: "The CTDs seem to be because your computers, for some reason, are unable to handle the size of the controller file. We're shrinking it for NAM 31.1 by removing a bunch of RUL2 stability code." --- they are romoving some stability codes, for some setups that hardly will be used..... if you can read the mentioned thread you can scroll Down or on to page 17 in the link and read about it.
...where did you get all those great warehouses....
I'm wondering that too? If they are your creations, i hope to soon see them uploaded on the stex - They are great.
8. Show us Your Interchanges!

I like the way you have one rail line going straight and another into a tunnel after the station
9. NAM General Support

As far as i know, that piece isn't avaible yet(don't know if it's in the next NAM)... My best suggestion is to use GLR over the middle tile and connecting the EL-Rail on both sides, as i think that GLR has a piece for FLUP connections like the one you are asking about. EDIT: Or you could also do this: EL-Rail to Underground piece on both sides(where they stop in the pic) and connect them with subline under the middle tile, then use any flup connection piece like grass over it. You might have to do some rebuilding where the heavy rail passes on the left side though.
10. @Haljackey well, it's pretty common here too as both mrtnrln & i live in europe. He's from Netherland and i'm from Norway
11. Cool videos Haljackey and mrtnrln @mrtnrln i specially loved how you showed making/putting in the arrows in the off/on lanes & lane merging, made them stand out a bit more like in real life Never thought about doing that
12. DEX ESSO Service Station

13. SC4DOT Sign Shop

Wow, these signs look great and i'm from Norway too. And the middle sign of the Norwegian signs pictures (Overhead motorway signs), i pass by this sign everyday - many times in the day too and i live about 10 minutes drive south of this(same way as the picture is taken and the direction the car under the signs are driving). One little correction though. It's "G
