  1. Xoxide, I have a question for you. Have you given up on Simcity 2013? If so, are you and the SUGC moving on to Cities Skylines, or are you and the SUGC retreating from simtropolis and city simulators entirely?

  2. Doh.. TUNNELS .. everything needs to be able to go up or down trains, roads, pipes, wires, electric.. etc
  3. interchanges take up so much space. What is interesting is nobody is going underground with roads.. I have yet to find a way to build DOWN myself in the game.
  4. I am around just not as much as I would like..   Life has been taking over .. Future updates are pending .. on hold .. not gone at this point but no eta on when they would publish.   wish I could give you more information but I just have not had any time to mod in the last 3 months +
  5. Problem does not exist within the files .. I have checked as well as blackkatt as he mentioned above..   if any problem existed it may have been net related or user specific..
  6. @alimba not as much as I like to be and sometimes randomly but yes i'm here
  7. Happy holidays. This year has been filed with major changes for SC 2013 modding and development. From the work done on Devtest and with the developers to bringing it public into the hands of the SUGC members and lead modders of the Simtropolis Community. NONE of it would have happened if even a single thing had changed. YOLO .. and what happened was nothing short of a miracle in its own sense. OVEW 200 Mods now exist for SimCity 2013 with one of the Easiest Installation Packages now available for all of you to enjoy on XMAS and over the holidays. WE HAVE as a group many more things in the work and planned. Some of us hope to have more time to get these ready over the holiday or early January. SO AGAIN THANK YOU ALL .. for this was COMMUNITY HELPING COMMUNITY. Community driven desire and changes that impacted everyone with some of the most amazing feedback and addional changes driven by creativity and genuine interaction between many levels of Devtest Users and Original Modders for SimCity 2013. MAY THIS NEVER CHANGE and MAY THIS EVOLVE into something even many of can't yet imagine. Games and Ideas never die.. Modders may come an go but what they start leaves an impression for those of the future to take charge and hold of with both hands to dream something even we couldn't see. Best wishes to all of you XoXiDe Jeff
  8. SUGCPack

grandplayer22 FYI ... the SUGC Team and Specifically the same member whom made this pack is the one whom made the pack for Sky.   Sky got his packs from the Team and we produced it for Sky and for Dizzy as a group effort and our work of the summer to help all users.  We as a group wanted to post and push out our own since our name is also on their packs but we didn't have a single version for our team in the normal sense.   Markus worked very hard over the summer to create this and the other packs .. the team worked very hard on every mod and compatibility for every user to have an enjoyable experience.   We felt this was the best approach to making a simple methodology for installing and removing mods when needed vs. independent.   XoXiDe
  9. SUGCPack

Easiest way to install all of the leading top mods with simplicity as well as remove for online game play.
  10. Electric Power Lines

    as always max great going
  11. Simcity 3ds max script tools for buildings

These tools are now in the hands of the community and users.   This is what they were always intended to be used for and given.  Community helping community to make a stronger foundation to build modding efforts, documentation and eventually better mods.   Enjoy from all of us at the SUGC to the community and those whom enjoy SC 2013.
  12. SimCityPak

FYI.. OPPIE HAS GIVEN OUR TEAM PERMISSION TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE THIS ON HIS BEHALF.   He has been busy the last several months since the beginning of summer.  He has some bug fix's and further updates that will come out however since we have as a group used these tools and others as a way to produce mods for the community the team wished to push these out so that everyone else could have a wider variety of tools to use for modding efforts of your own.   DANNY NOR ANYONE ELSE IS CLAIMING OWNERSHIP OR PRETENDING TO BE OPPIE.  We are doing this on his behalf until he can get time to get back online and update the tools himself to 4.1 or 5.0.   This 4.0 tool is now 3 months old and although has some bugs and issues it also allows some more advanced options and insight into the modding efforts that earlier versions would not allow us to do to get where we currently are as a community or the SUGC modding group has.   WITHOUT OPPIE, WITHOUT the tools we have at our fingertips that were programmed by OPPIE and many others.. none of this past summers efforts or talent would have been put together to produce the quantity or quality of mods that we have worked so hard to deliver to the community for the community from the community.   We hope you enjoy the mods and the tools since these can all benefit everyone whom wishes to get more involved.
  13. Project Shinjidai - XoXiDe

Progressive development and understanding.. as our understanding of how to mod increases so does the size of the mod and potentially its value to adding new features to the game.   This past summer saw the largest explosion of new content to any game I know of in such a short period of time making nearly everything all users wanted possible even outside the city limits of the normal 2k box.   4x that normal space along with all the new content really has changed the game from what it was completely.   Everyone involved this past summer deserves credit for so much work put forth on all the project from Akar to this one and all those in between
  14. Ploppable Great Works (Offline Only)

Congratulations on your new larger mod
  15. Xoxide, do you like both UDoN, your one way road mod and Udon, the Japanese wheat noodle?

    1. xoxide

      xoxide

I'm more a fan for the roads version than the noodle ;) but both are very enjoyable .. especially if you double pan fry and make them chewy / crispy with chicken and teriyaki on top
