I actually have that already but I haven't installed it. I can't understand the instructions even with a Translator. Does that modify the SAM too? I use those. They work the same way as a .zip file you'd find here. It works in tandem with the SAM. Make sure you download everything on that page, especially the NekoPropSets. Without them you're likely to get brownboxes lining your side walks. But on translations from Japanese to English, I'm a student learning Japanese, so I might be able to help. It's OK to be optimistic. I believe it is better if we just wait for a "real" Sim City reboot in the future. This game is unfinished. Some of their patches seem to have made this broken game even worse. I think it is better to wait for the year 2018: Loudest Trees in the World

SimCity's Problems Have Caused This Family Nothing But Suffering Meet the Rogers. They live in that tiny little house. One of the first families to move into my burgeoning metropolis of Windfall Islands, they are stalwarts of the city, having stayed in the same spot, in the same house, for what feels like an eternity. Or, at least, I think they're the Rogers. Not everybody that lives in the house - and the number of inhabitants varies day-to-day - is actually called Rogers. There's a wide assortment of ages, genders and race coming and going every day, so maybe they're adopted siblings living together. Maybe it's a group house. I don't know. Not all of them have jobs. Understandable, since the Rogers were dirt poor when they moved into their lot, and have remained so, Windfall Island's land values sadly ignorant of the fact their block not only sits on the water, but also enjoys fantastic transportation approaches and has vast green fields for a backyard. I've heard they cast envious glances at the single residential tower nestled in the middle of my pollution-choked industrial quarter, but the single BBQ pit across the street has propelled land values there so high they'll never be able to afford it. Shame. Those ocean views and fresh, clean air will have to suffice, for now. Like all families, they have their problems with the city. They often complain that there's no shopping. There's an entire shopping district right over the bridge, and a bus stop outside their home to take them there, but that's not important. What's important is that the Rogers have perceived problems. Which are worse than any real ones, because for the Rogers, there is no escape from the bubble of discontent they find themselves in. They're uneducated, even though public schooling is only a few blocks away. They're often unwell, despite the presence nearby of a brand new, cutting-edge clinic. Yet their biggest concern, the one that literally hangs over their home, is that they lack the space to expand their abode, when really, all they have is space. I could get angry at the Rogers. At least frustrated. My performance as their Mayor is based not on the actual solutions to their concerns that I've supplied in full, but on how they believe I'm solving them. Or, in their case, not solving them, because how can I solve problems that can't be solved by solving them? Yet as absurd and illogical as their issues are, I don't blame them. It's not their fault they're so, for want of a better word, stupid. Instead, I feel a little sorry for them. I often wonder how they feel, getting up every morning and walking out the door of their "modest" little home, when the first thing they see are the glistening steel towers of Windfall's commercial and administrative heart. Do they yearn for a higher standard of living? A more meaningful place of employment? That might explain why they can't seem to hold the same job down for longer than a single day. ...Read the rest at Kotaku...

10/10 Absolutely fantastic!   Did you MMP the cars in the picture with the ambulance? How did you create that scene? I have seen similar scenes like that.

The 5 star system is good. However, I believe we should have a certain incentive system to reward people who submit quality work in some way. People who take time to upload important mods or quality BATs deserve praise for the effort. A City Journal that gets upvotes of 10+ is usually the collective effort of the person who puts it together and the people who upload custom content. ie. 4 5-stars = 1 vote That should only count for 5 star uploads. Anything below that will not get any rep. votes to ensure people submit well done work and make sure they test before releasing.

The site is not a popularity contest. But if you want more Reputation Points, just do the following: 1) Make helpful / insightful / funny posts. 2) Open a City Journal. 3) Show pictures of your work, BATs, LOTs, etc. Mods that do something amazing or fix bugs and annoyances are always welcome. 4) Be Hellken. I believe the STEX deserves a reputation system to reward people who do wonderful things for this community. I visit this site to look at people's great creations.

The limitless beach mods must load last so the game will load the modified exemplars last. You must make sure the mod loads after any terrain mods, diagonal edges mods, or any mod that modifies terrain exemplars. To make the mod load last: Put the mod in a folder (if you haven't done it yet) and rename the folder something that will make it load after all other conflicting mods ie. zzzzzz_[NAME HERE] The game reads the "Plugin" folders alphabetically from A - Z.

Rename your video. "Build outside city boundaries in SimCity (2013)" or something like that. Your video will get more views.

I worked as a brain surgeon on Monday, a janitor on Tuesday, an accountant on Wednesday, a chemistry professor on Thursday, and a professional footballer on Friday.

I am too poor to buy this and its unending list of expansion packs and DLC. You can easily compress 4 potential expansion packs into just 1 CD instead of spending a fortune to buy them all.
