I have been having fun with @RRetail Plops. I made a Safeway Plaza with Ross, TJMaxx, a closing DSW for looks, Kohls, Dicks Sport Goods, and Marshalls "yes ik it is also owned by TKMaxx aka TJMaxx but many area now in the same plaza now a days.

I see more Albertsons Owned stores in the future with the Jewel Osco, and also a new Hy-Vee will be nice Mid west store addition to the game.

@RRetail but some of @pclark06 lots has some of your gas plops also. Be nice to have a selection. As you can always do your own HBS and Sams Club in the future also! Just saying! Lol

No more like this Matt’s is good but it don’t fit into every city and town only for very modern areas of towns. These will fit in almost every area.

I think SC4 needs some new Restaurants like, Jack in the Box, Jacks “Not jack in the box the Jacks Restaurant in the south”, Taco Johns, Del Taco, Modern McDonald’s Black/Red/woodern, Taco Bell and KFC, Older Style Long Johns Slivers / A&W, Rax Roast Beef, Ponderosa , Ryan’s, Dicks Last Resort some Hotels like modern Best Western, Hard Rock Hotel/Casino and Stores Like Dollar General Market, IGA, Save a Lot, Ross Dress For Less Plaza, Raphls, Food 4 Less, Ruler Foods, and more. I know we have many already but many need updated.

Yea at my local store they don’t sell any... my local store also don’t have a Starbucks this is a town of over 8000 people no Coffee shops yet around town 30 minutes aways has a Starbucks inside the store and has a Dunkin outside the store. Kroger does something that make me say why? Lol

@Musgrave322 @Billk2007 Yea, Billk is right, Kroger sold them. A handful turned into Kroger Gas station, Dillion Gas Stations, City Market and Smith Express gas stations also. Around 95% was sold though. I don’t think it was a good move on Kroger end but oh well lol
