    I like the looks of this lot but I think the maintenance cost is too low considering all the facilities.
  17. I'm not sure you can turn right on red in Massachusetts. I know there's one state that does not have the right on red law and I think it's Mass.

    I tend to agree with the comments of Daeley. But I like your concept. Have you considered making an alternate version that produces 5,000 jobs? I think you could include both in your download.
