This is a large sports complex designed as a focal point for a community. It has two Baseball fields, four basketball courts, four tennis courts, a large skatepark, a small soccer stadium, and the mansion that now functions as a community athletic center.
This was one of my earliest lots, but for some reason I never uploaded it.
Plop - 1000; Bulldoze - 100; Maintenence - 100. It has a large park effect and looks great in small towns. Enjoy!
