About This File

Longbeard ran his ship aground of the coast of Simtropolis. Having no way to reach his native land, he built this outpost and awaited rescue. It never came. Now it has become a legend and a tourist attraction. Some say the ship still contains his precious cargo. Divers found nothing.

I hope you like this landmark lot. The plop cost is $1000; Bulldoze is $100; Maintenence is $100. It has large landmark and park effect. I made the plop cost low because you may need to bulldoze and level the land. The ship will disappear in deep water.

I had alot of fun making this one. It looks great in coves or on islands. Enjoy!
