    I don't know if anybody else has pointed this out or not, but the Prima strategy guide lists the age groups affected by each education building. They are very similiar to the results posted here already, if I remember correctly. I'd put them up here, but they're at home and I'm at work.

    This is a smaller library for your small towns or rural areas. I created it when I found a need for a 1x2 library, and I thought I would share it with all of you. It is basically the regular Local Branch Library, modified to sit on a 1x2 lot with roughly two-thirds of the capacity and a plop cost of $800. Let me know if you have any problems, and happy downloading!

    So I downloaded this, and in the game, it looks as if the base texture for the ground is missing. Is it supposed to have one, and not be a solid gray? Am I missing a texture?
