About this City Journal

It's the year 12019.

Humans have supposedly gone extinct, but the aliens have arrived and decided to revive humanity using whatever data they could gather. The aliens have set out to create a city akin to what the humans have built 10,000 years ago. Follow along with their progress, and maybe suggest some stuff as well! They might take your suggestions into consideration!

"Eternity... it HURTS!! It really.. hurts.." After creating 84 million copies of himself to fight a war that has persisted for around 10,000 years, the weapon known as Emil has finally come to rest, settling deep within the valley. Pictured above were the last clones that were found scattered all over the world, or so we're told. Before the original Emil asked Them to dispose of all his clones, They were able to gather more info on how the world was like before our extinction, as Emil was the only one who...

It's been a while since these tracks were laid down. It came to a point where the city council almost voted to have the tracks removed completely. Thankfully, They provided us with vehicles called "Trams" which were designed to run on these rails. Everyone seems to like them, as they no longer need to walk or take the bike on the sidewalks along Avenue Foquenhiel. Thanks to the introduction of the trams, we were able to construct another tram line which runs along Avenue Fermata and under the historic...

> A few days have passed since the arrival of this strange alien monolith. It does not seem to be of our alien creators' origin, and they were taken aback when they saw how close it hovered over the city. A research team consisting of the most experienced historians of our alien creators have gathered to analyze the floating structure, though it might be a bit difficult considering how the fog has seemingly made the world void of colour. > Speaking of fog, the valley has been experiencing some weird...

> We have lessened our monitoring of the Human settlement due to its increasing autonomy. This log will be the last made by us, the "aliens" as they call us, before we transfer our city journal to the people. All subsequent journal entries will be made by the Humans of this settlement. We will continue to provide them with the materials they would need for future construction and other things. > It has appeared that a large tree of an unknown species grew in the center of one of the newly-formed districts...

JV004 - MINATURA

> We have found out that Humans love nature, and while they are living in a valley full of it, we aren't so sure of the safety of the valley. There have been reports from previous expeditions about surveyors being attacked by wild animals. > Records have shown that Humans created—or rather recreated—smaller areas of nature within their cities. These were apparently called "parks". These areas were quite common and were a good place for Humans to "relax" and "chill" in. We decided to create one beside the...

> As more roadwork commenced, we started constructing more buildings for the Humans to live in. The Humans are brought to the town via airships as these are the main transport vehicles we have on-hand. > Humans are intriguing. Their numbers go up so fast, even faster than what we are able to produce. Upon further study, it seems that us creating new Humans is no longer necessary, as the Humans can also create more Humans as long as they have the appropriate Human partner to do so. > It is due to this...

There was a loss of data brought about by interference from old-world technology. We were able to recover most of the data, except those were all before we started laying down the roads. Fortunately, we were able to recover the document where we were writing down the log. It has been slightly corrupted, but we were able to recover most of the information within. > The Surveyors have gathered more data regarding the old wÓürld. In order to bring people to other places, they used "vehicles" which made travel...

> After learning the language of the Humans, as well as completing work on recreating the Human organism, we have decided to look for a place for our Humans to call 'home'. We have found a valley with a couple of lakes and some disused transportation infrastructure. We also found traces of what was once a bustling Human settlement called a "city" in this area. It is for this reason that we have chosen this area for creating a city for the Humans, as we can use the data gathered from the area. > The area...
