> A few days have passed since the arrival of this strange alien monolith. It does not seem to be of our alien creators' origin, and they were taken aback when they saw how close it hovered over the city. A research team consisting of the most experienced historians of our alien creators have gathered to analyze the floating structure, though it might be a bit difficult considering how the fog has seemingly made the world void of colour. > Speaking of fog, the valley has been experiencing some weird weather phenomena lately, and we think that it was because of the arrival of the monolith. During sunsets and sunrises, the skies are clear with some very pretty colours. I just find it odd how it is around this time that the skies are suddenly clear from all clouds. Could this sight be a blessing to us from Poppy-sama? > A few days later, the monolith has left the city, and the research team have concluded their investigation. This has been one of the weirdest and scariest things to happen to our city. Anyway, they have found the monolith to be a remnant of the Old World, that it was created before we went extinct and got revived by the aliens. It makes me wonder though. Why did they create these large structures? Did they leave this world sometime before they went extinct? Are they still out there after all this time? Oh well, I guess we'll never know for sure. There will come a time when the aliens will move on to other things and leave us here to grow this city. Maybe some day we will uncover the truth about our ancestors...
