Um, little help please?

Soooo, I clicked on my transportation map for Lupton, and it says that "black" is highways, but there's no black on the map when i know for a fact tha i have highways in the megacity. And i think that the highways are red. So if you could help me with this little bug, i would deeply appreciate it.
