Hi  @gbjmarsh, welcome to the site.

Download files are found on the STEX (Simtropolis Exchange). One way to access it is to use the ST Exchange tab at the bottom of the Home page banner. You can use the search box to find specific files. The NAM download is here, while SC4Launcher is here (use the Download File button). If there is anything else you may need assistance with, feel free to ask.

Hi everyone! Long time fan of city builders, SC4 was a favourite of mine when I was a kid. Just picked up the deluxe edition after many years away from it so I'm very excited to give it a go and see what's possible with modding. It's always nice when old games maintain modding communities over the years.
