Well, yeah, and that's mean there's no perfect mod out there like you really want. About the magic lot, a lot that increases demand i don't know, but a lot that increases desirabilty is available out there. However, i forget the name of the lot.

I need something that will make my cities grow to stage 8 levels from the beginning.I want to zone a high density area and a skyscraper will be built instantly.All caps have to be busted! All wealth levels and stages have an equal chance of growing given the lot size and density.So basically I want to create a city with downtown skyscraper region and suburbs and industrial zone too.Maybe a mod or a special lot that does this?I have searched and found nothing.Please help. There should be no bugs or glitches.

Don't get that mod. Get XXdita's Turbo Mod on sc4devotion.com. It was extensively tested and it is a high quality mod. (http://sc4devotion.c...php?lotGET=2462) It is even CAMpatible. (FYI, I don't use CAM.)

Be careful, it's not a must mod. That mod will require more computer recources. Don't use it if your game already push your system to its limit.

I have that mod too since the first time it uploaded to the LEX, but not yet use it.

Well, we meet again, if you mean the train skin replacement, then take a look at comment #5543 posted by yarahi. the link there contains quite complete list of train skins. However, some links provided there needed a regristration. Should you have problem with registration or anything concerning the game, don't hesitate to ask question at ST Forum.

Hmm, Google Translate should work for this...the procedure of registering seems to be similar for registering at Sc4Devotion.

Anyway, if you do manage to get this site to work for you, I think you will be pleased with the BATS which are on there. It's probably going to be my new go to place for Eastern European buildings and whatever else.
