Hello,

I am hoping to recreate iconic pieces of my hometown in New Zealand. Naturally, given our lesser-known status, I am struggling.

I cannot find anything identical to our water tower, not for lack of trying. If anyone could recommend something similar (or better yet if anyone felt inspired to recreate it), that would be most appreciated.

The building in question is a roughly 35-40m tall Victorian-era brick tower with a steel cupola adorning the roof. It is part of a larger water reserve station, but I'll take what I can get - I don't expect to find a perfect 1-to-1 (as much as I would love to find one).

Attached is an image of said water tower. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Should this request prove fruitful I may yet have more.

Probably because it is part of the lot itself. Those are overlay textures which are used on a big lot. I don't know which lot though. Maybe one of the stadiums from kj_jpn or DMScopio.

This is a picture of the simlympic stadium I took from my game. Actually I had this set of pieces like the one on the picture, but it was a long time ago, and I lost all my plugins, so I know there is a set of these fraction angles somewhere. I don't know if it was part of a dependency that got merged in one of those big dependecies  packs, and now can't be found by itself.

Are you just looking for FA overlay grass textures to make a set or an already made set of lots?

I'm pretty certain I downloaded this a few weeks ago but will re-download and check things out.

 

I did find a readme in the zip called >  Fantazzi Beverages Building, by cerulean, I'll look and see if the files are in the zip

This is confusing, there is a readme folder but no files for this Fantazzi Beverages Building.  There is a 4x4 and 5x5.  I wonder what made this building grow with a brown box ? 

I do not have  BSC MEGA Props CARCH Vol01 v3 , and will update, I just have the old standard  BSC MEGA Props - CARCH Vol01.dat

Looking for an already made set , but not only FA grass, it's grass with plaza also.

Very close to that, but instead 2 types of grass , it's grass and plaza sharing the same piece. I thought it would be a popular plugin, but it seems it's well hidden  I'm not crazy , I swear I had it ! LOL  I even had them drawed on a notebook to know the sequence of angles (some pieces 1x1, 2x1, 3x1) as they had all the same thumbnail pic.

Back when SC4devotion was alive. Bixel used to have few of these very large Apartment Complexes uploaded on LEX .
The Sorrento was the 2nd largest Apartment Complex created by Bixel. (16x5 Tiles)
Does anybody knows the name of the Apartment Complex that's bigger than the Sorrento? I remember seeing one that's around 20x6 Tiles.

Hello again, I think in my last can't-find-request I couldn't explain well what I was looking for , so I made a picture to better show what I am looking for, despite being badly edited ( I know it sux I did it on ms paint lol ) as the saying goes an image is worth a thousand words . So the picture below shows the kind of FA plaza and grass set I am looking for (not complete set just some pieces for the example) . If anyone has it , or know where to get it please share ! Same for me. Using the above links, I went through the first two pages on the archive, and all but one download did not unzip correctly (all were 1M in size). Did anyone get things to work properly?
