I was more referring to the dependencies of Small Market Hall by Kwakelaar. Shouldn't they be installed as well? And surely they are separate and not part of the KWK Mega Prop Packs, right?

No it is not necessary. Paeng listed everything, but the BLaM Blank, which he used mostly and as I see the SPOT is not listed either. Sometimes he used one of the blank models from the WMP Essentials, but mostly the BlaM Blank. The KWK market stuff are in the BSC MEGA Props KWK Vol02.

Thank you, Blam Blank fixed the issue ! WMP essential props aswell present but that BAT might be created before time !  Those little overlay files pop up from time to time like Ftexture.dat with SimSim Infinite park !

 VNetwork addon 49 at SC4 Evermore ! If you have your old installation you can run that with User dir if it's complete contained in one directory and no additional mods necesary !

I've searched the exchange high and low and still can't find a viaduct rail station for the L1 7.5m RRW viaducts. The closest I can find is for the hybrid railway (Oidaas-Tyb06 L1 Elevated Hybrid RailWay Stations - Transportation - Simtropolis). 

The ones in the NAM only seem to be for the 15m viaducts and most on the STEX seem to pre-date the 7.5m viaducts. 

Anyone know of anything suitable?

There are a small number included in SC4D LEX Legacy - Mattb325 Transportation Collection. They are available as MaxisNight and DarkNite. Check out as well the BSC BATProps Mattb325 Multifunction Stations also in MaxisNight and DarkNite.

There is the Large Coal Power Plant based on @jestarr's VW factory. That building is from the 1930s. The Chicago Union Station Power Plant is from the same time. Then there is the SM2 Nuts VDK Swan Mill Power Plant based on a Danish powerplant from the 50s. For a really old look I favour @CT14's relot of jestarr's boiler houses, yet they are rather small. I add all links below.
