Looking through that tutorial, many of the items linked to are still around. The tutorial was created a while back, so many of the STEX links are different due to site software changes. You might look through Fukuda's creations on the STEX (link) for those items.

Also, you can try this link for SOMY's items (use the P#'s at the bottom to go through the pages.

For the things by Pegasus, yes the PLEX (Pegasus's exchange at Simpeg) no longer exists, but most of those had been uploaded to the STEX originally or are now under their own category (particularly the CDK items).

Here is a page with some by NOB (Link). The dock and port items are in the third section.

There are a few things that may not be around any more, but these links might get you to something you can use.

it´s the blonde German again ^^. I´m not sure... forgot it (darn Alzheimer light, it starts to be heavy ;-) ) but where is the BSC Mega Prop Pack Vol. 1 von Vlakhaas gone. It was moved to a Mega Prop (i guess). Could someone help me out please?

It's ks_jpn's 21st Century Tower. There is a CAM version currently on SC4D LEX, while the original NON-CAM lot is in a limbo currently, and semi officially for years now only available on my google drive, until it will be rehosted during or after Project ZIP. For now you can find it on this link:

Capital Sims >BAt or anything else ?

Working on my Spain or Iberia setup I stumbled onthis item in my lots menu. If you point your mouse over t the game will crash. No discription what so ever, Reasonable I presume this lot came from the Capital Sims Simcit 4 site as I allmost added all there into this plugins directory. Earlier I recognize another lot at least with a name, excluded some other lots wich were Ok. I´ve build up this directory with some patience where necesary I will not have a problem as it is but removing those lot´s is top priority eventualy. Does any one recognize this lot !

Some park structure or a pond pier and something else on the right ?

Description is very short their seem to be some texture be chosen or missing, comment show that it do freeze the game and their are some dependecies nescesary to make it work but what ? For now I remove the files, but it´s a nice mod !

The reason for the game freezing is very simple, fortunately, and easy to fix. The author made an icon that was too large to be recognized as an icon by the game. Missing or broken icons can cause the game either to freeze upon hovering above the icon, or can cause the icons to mess up in away that they are all moved one space above and that they are not matching their respective items anymore. I quickly made you a fix (I didn't try it in-game, but in theory, it should work). Replace the original file by the one attached to this post.

Thank you, for taking a look and fixing this remarkeble Lot file. Little old kind of lot with present NAM RHW networks, hghway side features still need some attention, with this at least maxis highway network user will be pleased to have something !

Thank you, I hopped that this would resolved the issue by replacing the selected Lot file with your fixe one, but the game still freezes. Story about missing dependecies might be true or it´s not anymore compatible with the newer LBT mega or other prop libraryis. Still a mystery to solve ?

OK it was not the icon. I made some experiments and found at least something that can cause such issues: The author used the special character é in the Item Description property. Replacing it with an e solved it, at least for me. Please try again.

As a general rule, for any properties in Reader, one should never use any other character than basic letters and numbers in Reader, because they can cause game crashes and freezing and the like. If you need é, ë, or whatever character is necessary, please use LEProp to add a LTEXT file and use it only there.

Thank you, I had another try ! Succes, thank you, no freeze a nice lot saved, animated cars on the lot unfortunaly not but that beside it works 1

Maxis highway outdated, there´s not much to with it any furthur upgrading to RHW with tight ramps not posibe, maybe using the seperate parts create a new lot be the best option, Heblem maybe contacted about this fixed version so Capital Sim or a STEX rerelease be provided, thank you !
