Search the STEX for "pencil tower" and you'll get a few results. Some by themselves, others in packs. Smaller high wealth residential buildings in those lot sizes are as rare as unicorns, so if anyone knows of something I'd be tickled pink. Maybe a bit brown. Certainly orange.

Hello mkpio2, Mr Giggles is right, those are buildings from Mattb325, mostly his Waterloo appartment, De Vries Villa and Regis Condo.

All found on SC4 Devotions.

 

I use them a lot in  my cities (I recognize these pictures from one of my city journal ).

Thanks! Unfortunately, small (both in lot size and in density) R$$$ are scarce as hen's teeth. It seems like it is very easy to find small R$ and large R$$$, but the flip side is rarely BATted.

I guess there is some Mattb325 stuff you can find here and in LEX. I can only think of these, but maybe there is more stuff. It will probably be quite difficult to find because rich people don't often live in small houses/apartments.

That particular style of building, with loads of junk and markets and tents and whatnot on roofs is a rare breed. Off the top of my head, Bixel has done two complexes with that style.

 

 

Out there somewhere is a Japanese style of building with lots of junk of the roof.

First, I have to say, it's Korean. There is a map at the left of the page showing Korea and it just looks more like Korean than Chinese.
