Where can I find CO$ skyscrapers? I can't seem to find any.

Firstly I can suggest you Bixel's pencil towers.Secondly I can suggest you to search on the LEX under "Commercial-Medium" or "-small".

I recently downloaded the japanese street side mod v2 (the mod that adds electric lines to your roads and streets). And I wanted to know why I can't see the electric lines and the telephone cables on my SAM streets.

Anyone ever seen any functional ped mall tiles that will fit in an urban environment?  I am thinking brick or sandstone.  I really need them to have actual paths for the sims to walk on.  Using the MTP ped mall tiles that come with the NAM in downtown central park is kinda wrong.  All the other ped mall tiles do not have any paths to walk on, sims will walk on them but they are ultra generic.

 

This looks kinda sad in my ultra downtown area.  It looks especially sad because these are also urban pond canals, notice the brick around the edges and how badly it clashes with the MTP ped mall tiles.  I have bus stops at intervals along the border of my central park here and I really want to connect them to get maximum functionality out of my mass transit network, the picture of what I have, what I need to replace.

 

I hope you all got some good ideas, I really do not want to scrap this plan.

Have you checked out Paeng's Sandstone Mod? I use it and it's way more realistic than the sandstone pedmalls, and you can also get an override mod that makes awesome varied sandstone ped malls to go with the sidewalks, they also fit well with his pocket plazas...

DAT files have to be in the plugins folder because they are dependencies for your lots. I think that you can make a sub folder inside the Plugins folder to hold your DAT files, if you want.

I think it just adds extra props to maxis streets and not SAM streets. The creators might not have known about the existence of SAM or may not have used SAM.

Those pictures existed before moonlinght streets were incorporated into the NAM as SAM 10. Originally, moonlinght streets overrided SAM set 1 & 9 iirc,

You could probably make the mod work with NAM 29 or 30 and moonlinght's SAM9 street override, or edit the mod with reader  to make it work with the new NAM.

I know how to edit lots and place props on them but I don't know how to make them statistics or make them show up in the menu. Please someone direct me to a tutorial or something...

 

 

 

.  Perhaps a set that is more for pedestrians, I know this set is for pedestrians but it totally looks like it is for bicycles, not bad of course just maybe not exactly what I was looking for. 

I think that not only bicycles can travel along this road  but also I think that pedestrians can walk too so there's no need to worry.

Many years ago I had found a place holder pack... it was buildings like the airport that you placed for free (or $1) and it would just be a ghost of the building. I have looked for it for a friend but cant find it.. any help?
