I need a ton more buildings just like this,I would like to triple this amount, my commercial business district is gigantic and so the mid-rise and low-rise commercial areas surrounding it will be quite large as well, if this is all I got I am looking at some very serious repetition  I am looking for stage 0 through 3 and without parking and preferably low wealth too, density does not matter.  After looking at google maps for a few hours I have come to the conclusion that unless you are building rural or suburban no other buildings have their own parking, thus, I also do not want parking lots.  I do not necessarily care about W2W though, they can be freestanding.  I already have a ton of parking lots to add on my own.  So no building needs a parking lot.

 

I have already had SimGoober's lots and Maddhatter's lots, they like to take over my city and not allow anything else to grow, right now there is a war between MH's lots and SG's lots(I think SG's kinko's copies is going to win actually), anyway, I am dumping both of these guys' low wealth low density commercial because they are both like weeds.  They were not bad, but I have grown out of them.  I am keeping SG's ploppables for my suburban areas for later, I am working on an Urban center now though, and my first really big one that I really care about.  And I really want it to look good.  With your help of course.

That is completely crazy, I have been to all these people's contents, how did I miss these?  You are an absolute genius, all of them will fit absolutely perfectly, er maybe, I will have to check frogface's bats out, but I will in fact give them a fair chance, they might be good to break up the brick monotony.

 

If you know of any more I am ALL ears(eyes in this case).

Anyone ever seen any functional ped mall tiles that will fit in an urban environment?  I am thinking brick or sandstone.  I really need them to have actual paths for the sims to walk on.  Using the MTP ped mall tiles that come with the NAM in downtown central park is kinda wrong.  All the other ped mall tiles do not have any paths to walk on, sims will walk on them but they are ultra generic.

 

This looks kinda sad in my ultra downtown area.  It looks especially sad because these are also urban pond canals, notice the brick around the edges and how badly it clashes with the MTP ped mall tiles.  I have bus stops at intervals along the border of my central park here and I really want to connect them to get maximum functionality out of my mass transit network, the picture of what I have, what I need to replace.

 

I hope you all got some good ideas, I really do not want to scrap this plan.

Thanks a ton KonstantinII this is a great start.  At least I know it can be done, I was beginning to wonder there for a bit if it was even possible.  Still though, I can't help but wonder if there is more generic looking set now that I see this one.  Perhaps a set that is more for pedestrians, I know this set is for pedestrians but it totally looks like it is for bicycles, not bad of course just maybe not exactly what I was looking for.
