@ Mad: a lotta questions asked at once. Now, ALL the stuff you marked is custom content, most of which is as far as I can tell bsc content available at sc4devotion. This accounts for the river and bridge (wasn't it the irrigation canals?) as well as some of the houses marked.

The street is either a one way road or, more likely, the european texture modd. the diagonal streets come with the NAM and I think there's also a european road conversion for the NAM available (althogh I must say that the diagonal street particulary marked in this picture is actually a part of the lot with the diagonal houses and not a traffic network based diagonal street. nevertheless they are possible to create with the NAM diagonal streets)

The beaches are either plopped ones done with one of the available beach addons found on the stex, or a terrain texture modd allowing for such beaches, although I'm more positive with the first solution to it.

The walls marked are found in several retaining wall packs, over at sc4devotion and here on the stex, depending on the author of the pack.

The farming building look like bsc content to me.

As for the seasonal trees, search for this on the stex and over at the sc4devotion. I'm not 100% sure but I think both exchanges offer a variation on them.

Sry I can't provide links but I can't definitely say which download contains your requested items, although I know them.

I know there was a modd that deals with the advisory popups, namely stops them from appearing. But I can't find it anymore and run out of search terms for it. Anyone has a link to it?

nevermind, just entirely turning them off does the trick aswell. brilliant me. duh!

Before my last non-recoverable wipe out, I had two or three air pollution control lots, and now I can't find them because the word "air" is not accepted by the stex search as being too short. Can anyone link me to these lots or suggest a criterion to find them?

This picture is just amazing. That being said, can you please find me at least the street/tram-on-street texture and the tram skin? I'd also love the buildings but the street skin is a priority. I've never seen these before but I'd love to see them in my cities. Thanks in advance!

@ fromouterspace: the other 2 buildings you have marked are from the HongKong BAT team: the lighter green one is the JunGoldFinancial by bixel...i don't know the other one, but i'm quite sure it's HKBT stuff as well. just search for HKBT.

EDIT: found the other one here. it's HK SCB Building 1 by bixel

@ AND93: I found some textures like the one on the picture, but I'm not sure if the one you want is part this pack, or maybe this one. i think the packs contain some nice textures anyway

These lights are not available ATM. I'm still figuring to work how to make my new RHW median light pack, especially making it user-friendly (at trust me, ATM it's far from user-friendly)...

@AND93 : The picture looks like most of it is photoshopped, so I don't think you'll be able to find the textures
