If someone could please make those (or at least 1) it would be awesome!

 

Mmm.. When I started playing SC4, this was the first building I ever downloaded from EA Simcity .. would love to definitely see it in Cities: Skylines.

 

Something I've been looking for since I opened my first game.. something to cover up those ugly sea/river walls .. Some nice sea walls would be a perfect addition to the game.

On a side note, I've now started research for the Petronas towers. Release sometimes next week should be possible. However I'm concerned about the base of the complex, it is so large it wouldn't even fit two plots of maximum size. I guess I will just scrap it and moldel only the towers and their main entrance...

Hello. Can a modder please make Georgian English houses please? As they are very symmetrical and proportionate, they should be very easy to make (Just a copy and paste job I guess).

I'd really love to have a decent lake in my parks (preferbly as a prop to use in the asset editor). I haven't found any that don't look terrible. Do they exist? Is it even possible?

You could just make one with the terraform tool?

Can it be made so that roads have handles? So you can change them via that way when making curves? I'm thinking like hot the handles above work in adobe illustrator?

Might have been already said but we need a RHW kind of modd that would have at least dedicated bus lanes.

 

 

They would work in two ways:

 

First if you choose a general lane is taken away and handed over to become a bus lane on 4 and 6 lane two way roads, 2 and 6 lane one way roads, and a lane from each direction of a highway. Of course you then place your bus stops accordingly to the bus lanes and I would allow emergency services to use them as well. 

 

 

Second you could especially with 2 lane one way and two way roads and make then dedicated bus ways to help get commuters around.

 

 

Just a thought :-D

Here's my request:

 

How about a NAM like will be present? The thing that worries me about the game is transportation that is missing like Monorail, Elev Rail stations (since we can make the rails elevated why not have an elev. rail station) and more options. Also, we really need cool roads like a 6 lane avenue or 8 lane avenue, and more road options.

It would be nice if there was a mod that makes the tree limit disappear. I have heard of one that makes it go up to 1 million, but I haven't found it yet.

It would be nice if there was a mod that makes the tree limit disappear. I have heard of one that makes it go up to 1 million, but I haven't found it yet.

 

For a start, it helps if you delete some of the trees outside your building area, especially those further away that aren't visible. It's done in a matter of seconds using the treebrush mod (select largest brush -> rightclick).

At least, for oil and ore, not sure what you mean by rope :P

I'd like to request someone who can Mod to make a overlay mode for the asset editor, so you  can clearly see the center, and maybe some 8 cell subdivisions as well. Similar to the Better Image Overlay mod that's out there.

I miss high tech industry from SC2013. The vanilla level 3 generic industry buildings require high skilled labor, but still produce lots of pollution and also don't look very advanced. I actually just turned an industry park into offices because I have a new city nearby, but that can't be the point.

I think the offices sort of replaced the high tech industry, since the brown demand bar is for industra and offices. If you really need high tech industry buildings, there are propably some in the workshop.

    I would LOVE a mod that disables tree sway (so that you can import/plop anything you want anywhere you want as a "tree", and not have it sway)!

    Water spawner anyone? For example when playing (not map editor), you want to build a lake....

    The only things that spawn water now is the water treatment system... Who the heck want a lake of poop?  :D

    I think this can be accomplished by pumping water in from a clean source. Just make sure it doesn't connect to the rest of the system, one pump at the clean source connected to one drain pipe where you want the lake.

     

    Edit: Just remembered the drain pipe has to be on the water so a plop anywhere would be needed for this to work and I don't think there is one yet, sorry. I know it's possible to set a switch on assets to determine where they can be placed but nobody has done drain pipes, as far as I know. where I saw it discussed.

    It would be fun if there was a mod which made your cims make selfies. If someone is make it, call it the #SELFIE MOD! (And maybe add a 'let me take a selfie' sound effect, made by cims :P )

    There is not that i know of, but you can modify buildings yourself to make them do this. Using Mod Tools or a Hex editor, change m_placementMode to be onGround, (or whichever option you need)

     

    However be warned that roads will not snap to the edges of these, making aligning a road to it pretty hard. The solution is to include a piece of road in the asset itself which you can then drag from once plopped.

    The mods that cause problem will mostly have comments about it. Most of the very interesting ones have been updated when they conflicted with something or stopped working.

    that makes sense; so all i need to do is re-download the "25 spaces unlocked" mod and it would likely be an updated version? cuz my old one no longer works in v 1.0.7c and that makes me very sad....
