Searching for a Game Glitch

Hello, not sure what im doing. Im an old man 47. Played SimCity since the late 90s, played City 4 from 2003 to 2006 then life took over. Im retired and bought the game. Reliving my golden years playing.

With that introduction. I will get with the question. 

There was a glitch, by tapping on the keys (the selection taps from building to roads, etc)

Anyhow the pattern was like building, then landfill, then parks i think.

But this would unlock all building.

Anyhow any help would be appreciated.

Hello. Thank you for the cheats. Though this hack wasnt a Control X cheat. It was a real glitch. 

Plus I did the risky money and I kept having earthquakes. So im hoping to avoid that.

Also I tried the " you dont deserve it" "buildingplop" and nothing. 

Did EA stop access in cheats?

Nope, and unless if you talk about SC3000, well there's no flag to be triggered just by cheating.

Cool. Well im still at it trying to figure out this combo. I remember you had select the garbage icon. I believe thats last then. You go to rewards and all building were available to include the building that are game play when you lay down zone/ residential/commercial/industrial

Well gentlemen, ladies. I was thinking of SimCity 300. Anyhow heres the old SimCity 3000.

So who remembers building your own building. 😶‍🌫️😏 that was fun and very very time consuming. 

 

In the original SimCity 3000 (1999/2000), clicking the Power, Rewards, Garbage, and then Landmarks icons in that specific order would trigger a hidden window containing every building in the game.

That's sort of sounding familiar now from one of the strategy books.
